В доме есть жаркая баня на дровах, после парилки вы можете сразу прыгнуть с мостика в озеро.

В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха- горячая/холодная вода, кухня, посуда, микроволновка, холодильник, телевизор.

Спальных мест - 6.

Топка бани оплачивается отдельно 2000р за 3 часа в будни и 3000р/3 часа в выходные.
Топка большого банного чана- 3000р (одной топки хватает на 5 часов).

Идеально подходит для семейного отдыха или небольшой компании.

Максимальное количество человек-6 (даже если остальные приезжают без ночевки).

Данный дом не подходит для шумных вечеринок.

Дополнительный гость - 1000руб.

Расчетный час – 12-00 (Заселение в домики с 14-00, освобождение не позже 12-00 следующего дня). Почасовой оплаты нет.

При заселении в домики вносится залог 5000 рублей за обеспечение сохранности имущества, который возвращается при отъезде.
